This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules accordingly. Failure to provide a 48-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or fees collected at the time of booking. 2. **Non-Refundable Fee**: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment or fail to show up without making prior contact (no-call no-show) unless appropriate notice is given. 3. **Same-Day Cancellations**: If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day as your scheduled service, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the total service cost. This fee helps compensate our service providers who have reserved their time exclusively for you. 4. **Rebooking Option**: If you cancel within the 48-hour window but wish to reschedule, any fees already collected will be applied toward your newly scheduled appointment. However, if no rebooking is made, the fees will be forfeited. 5. **No-Show Policy**: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid and may impact your ability to schedule future appointments with us.
